It all starts here. Clear, crisp photos that capture not just a room but the essence of the home. There is a huge difference between the two. You can hire us to take the photos or we will work with yours, provided they meet our minimum standards for photos. Not that we are photo snobs, we just want your presentation to be its best. When we photograph, we take between 150 to 300 detailed photos, then select and use only the best.
The MLS is a great tool...if you use it. If the only hope you have is offering a potential buyer a price point and 8-10 photos, you may be slow to connect with a buyer. We take the photos and turn them into a video style production that walks the potential buyer through the home, complete with music and the important features and benefits the home offers all in 3 to 4 minute video. This is important as more people would rather watch a video than read, at least initially. The video we create is MLS compliant and we send you the link. With us, you will also receive a "branded" web page to share with your prospects.
We call them virtual presentations, you probably know them as virtual tours. We have received better feadback from video productions but we offer them as they have been around for a long time and some real estate professionals love them. brochures
Great photos and your features and benefits make for great brochures. We will create the layout so you can print them at home or have them professionally printed (which we suggest and can arrange). Professionally printed brochures do not have to cost more, considering the ink you may use up on your own printer. Need a change (price or wording) down the road? No problem as long as we designed it, we will make the correction for free.

Want to tell the world, or at least your prospecting farm about your new listing? We will design the post card to reach your targeted audience.
